Adaptive Reuse
Architects often find creative ways to reuse old structures that are no longer in use. Check out how old rail lines were adapted to create New York's High Line and Chicago's 606.

The layout and design of the park looks great. One concern for the park though is what can be used to protect the site from outside factors. Adding fencing or another structure may be useful so the site is not too open to let objects such as trash blow around.
I actually like the openness of the park - it doesn't look as fenced in as I expected from your earlier posts. But I still think that the scale of the structures and objects in the park means that this is a lot to cram into such a small site. I'm not sure it all fits.
I'm worried about the environmental sustainability of this park. Are your plantings drought tolerant? What about the pond? Would have liked to see more emphasis on green features.
