A park among rest.

3436 N Osceola Ave Chicago, IL. It is home to a elementary school and right on the other side of the elementary is a black lot and on the other a library. i see this as prime land for it benefits both the school and library even more if a park was located here. giving continuous stream of people to come and possibly be intrigued to learn more about the school and library. The cins are that we will be using the black lot of this school. But even that could be seen as good due to them not really needing it but as a second hard terrain field to play soccer, kickball, and football (although due to the approximation of the cars, doesn't seem beneficial). This park will cover up some of the lost by giving them another area to witch enjoy simple play grounds and allow the kids to have a nice outdoor waiting area.

Bicycle Cities
Biking is a popular -& green!- way to travel. Yet if there is nowhere to lock up your bike, people may be discouraged to use their bike to get around. Did you know that you can Request a new bike rack in your area? Cities all over the U.S. have multiple types of bike racks they can install and all you have to do is submit a request.
