This is the lot I have chosen to construct a pocket park. It is ideal because of the size and location. It is a 123 feet by 41 feet lot (5,043 sq.ft.). This is little over one and a half of a regular Chicago lot. The location of this lot is estimated over half a mile away from the nearest park with a child focus area, and a mile away from the next.
