The last thing I world like in my new hockey locker room would be a big team logo located in the middle of the dressing room floor. This logo is important because it reflects that we are a family and play for the logo and each other. However, each player will not be allowed to step on the logo. This is symbolic as each player has pride in who you play for and to represent that you play for your team, not yourself. In other words, you play for the crest or logo on the front of the jersey not the name (or individual) on the back of the jersey.
