After looking at the hockey stick organization inside of current minor hockey dressing rooms I decided that it was not as organized and practical as it could be. In order to improve this problem I decided to include a stick rack on the way out to the ice with a space for each players individual sticks so there is no confusion when players are getting their sticks on the way to the ice.
