Interview with Rosie L. A Former BHS Student Do you think the school needs a remodel? Yes. It’s very old and ugly. 2. How is the aesthetic of the interior? The colors are old and dull. The only part with color is the gym and jock hall. 3. What about the cafeteria? There’s nowhere to sit and it sucks to sit in the hall. 4. Are the classrooms not big enough? Some classes are too small. The art wing is small, and some teachers have to share classes. 5. How about the drop-off system? Now, you can’t drop in the front and that causes problems. But the front do isn’t appealing either. Spencer Korman Erik Korman- Food Service director What's one of the biggest problems that arises in the kitchen? Spacial Management, often there is not enough space for storage. 2. what could be fixed logistically through architecture? The closer the food drop off area to the cafeteria is easier for transport, also a bigger space. 3. Is it a problem of bigger space or need for more appliances? Its a need for both. 4. Do you need more space for the kids. That's not really my department as long as the line, like, has enough space for the kids. 5. Do you think that more problems will arise from changing your kitchen’s architecture or solve more? I think it will solve more but many changes will need to be made managment wise.
