What should I upload in this Develop Solutions step?
Consider uploading images (JPG, GIF) of your rough digital model. It's ok if your model is still a work in progress. Show an axonometric or perspective view with people, which will help others understand the scale of your library.

This is a rendering of the early design stages of the final design, in which the outdoor seating area was not fully completed. If you look through the window of the dome in the bottom left corner, you will notice that the inside is empty and the food area had not been designed yet.
I can see you have put forth a lot of effort in the rendered model, developing not just the inside but also the outside spaces which is terrific. I am not completely clear how this design is an evolution or combination of your previous two schemes. A more descriptive narrative might help me understand your design process better.
