This photo is not that useful, as what you are trying to show is in the background and out of focus. You do a great job in your written summary description identifying many problems such as long lines and overcrowding. Posted photos that help illustrate these claims would be important to include.

I agree with the comment above but I do think it's exciting that you have a picture of your cafeteria being used for public debate and this is a photo you can keep forever. However, we need to see what the cafeteria looks like during peak lunch hour because you've said it's terribly crowded.
