We will be providing a better picture of this sketch, but to give an idea of what we're doing.. this is the front face of the cafeteria. There will be a super abundance of windows to create a lot of natural light so we can cut down on the amount of electricity we have to use. We will also be installing lights that charge through out the day through our solar panels and than will run off that energy at night when they need to be used. We have drains on the top of the building that will run down the side and into a system that will recycle and reuse the water for school purposes. We will have to gardens, one on each side of the building. The vegetables collected from the garden can be used for a healthy lunch for students and any left overs we'd like to donate, whether it be to homeless or for students or our community. We want to show that we care about our community and we're hoping that this cafeteria will be a benefit to everyone.
