This is an idea i had with a picture to illustrate my point. To allow both classrooms and study hall students the ability to access computers, instead of kicking out study hall students when a class enters the library to use the computer, put a section of spread out computers exclusively for the study hall students, so the study hall students get to use a computer without being kicked out by a class. This group of computers, for study hall students only, could be spread out through the library, instead of being grouped together in a computer lab for classrooms.
