As you can see above, this is the second floor, kids level, floor plan. When designing this level of the restaurant I wanted to make the best and most fun environment possible for the kids. To fulfill this goal I made the theme of this floor energetic and fun by making the cars on this floor have eyes and a mouth. Having these cars that are designed like this will make the kids feel like the cars have feelings and the kids will have a sense of friendship in the cars located in the room, just like in the movie Cars. However I knew if I was a kid I would want something else then just cars, I would want some activities to do so that I can waste my energy before and after I eat. So to make this happen I decided to put a bouncy castle, ball pit, and arcade games for the kids to use to keep them busy before and after they eat. The colours of this room are different shades of red because it is associated with energy, which is what I wanted the atmosphere of the restaurant to feel like. This is the final floor plan of the second floor of Velocità.
