I see a lot of these aerial views which is nice; however, I don't know what direction you are wanting to go with this space. What do you want to accomplish, what are some of your concept ideas, and how do you plan on executing those ideas.

Same as before, it would be helpful if you analyze these paths; what they mean and the pros and cons to these travel distances.

I agree with macwood. I like that you included the diagram, but would like to know how you interpret this information.

These pictures are very helpful! Consider circling the gym in at least one of the photos so the viewer can easily identify the space you are referring too.

For a formal contest, it would be advised to put your thoughts in paragraph form. You have some ideas for what facilities are listed as requirements in the gym for the contest; however, I would like to hear an overview about your school in its current state as well as a touch of what you would like to see in an improved gym facility.

It is a good start; however, it would be helpful if you could explain further regard the concepts and details of the building design. For example, identify the locations of the primary and secondary entrances, the building materials, the reasons of the location and size of the openings on the two facades.

It is great that you consider the sun path into the design process; however, it will be helpful if you analyse how the sun direction will influence the design decisions.
