Floor Plans and Elevations are well done, but there's labeling for the rooms. Weight room has no artificial lighting. Good renderings of the underground garage. You have a Stand Alone structure,with no exterior renderings or interior renderings? There should be renderings for rooms, as well as, the exterior of the building.

I like the idea of having underground parking to maximize green space. I would try to pull the columns to the edge of the parking structure so that those parking spaces can be occupied by smaller and compact cars.
