Great research! Pictures of existing conditions, site plan, current building plans, and precedent studies of like building types are all great information to have when starting the design process. The bubble diagrams you showed are a great way to show your ideas of program adjacency and will help in laying out the overall floor plans. Good readings, but an overall floor plan would have really helped to sell your idea.

I really liked this project and you clearly put in the time and effort to do a great job. Great use of Revit and your background information and research shows where your design is coming from.

I think on your renderings you need to show the scale a little more. Adding a person into the rendering will easily accomplish this and will give us a much better idea of the space. I would like to see more explanation as to "why" you made certain design choices. For example:why is one space by another? Why does the school need this type of facility? Etc...

-Good job addressing the full building program
-Renderings look great, but not all are of important spaces.(show public spaces like the entry instead of the locker rooms.)
-final plan drawings would be useful

Good pictures of the exterior, but you should taken interior pictures and described the features insde. And there appears to be no consideration for the handicap.

You have collected some very interesting examples. They all are very different approaches so I can't wait to see your brainstorming ideas.

It will be helpful to include site-specific information here such as lot size, neighborhood characteristics, amenities like groceries, public transportation, schools, libraries, healthcare etc. Also include information on what is immediately adjacent to the project site.
