I like the idea of putting the kitchen near the stairs. You could also try to squeeze some kitchen cabinets under the stairway to maximize space in your container house.

The entry has a straight on view of the kitchen which is great! Have you considered putting the washer and dryer in the kitchen where the environment may be a bit more spacious and cleaner. There are multiple ways to hide stackable washer and dryer in an open space like that. Great job on space planning!

I like the deck, it a good use of space in an very space limited structure. The only issue I could see it that the container wouldnt provide enough streght for it to support large wieghts. I think it should though because after all it is a shipping container. -Nicholas Stem

I love your idea of combining the bathroom and laundry mat, and location of stairs. The only rant I have for you is that the family room is very slim and makes entertainment with that room terrible.

I commend you for your use of the side-by-side containers to increase space on the inside.
