I plan on building a modern yet a somewhat unique shape, i want it to exceed requirements. I plan on building it on a popular ground so it will actually be used properly, somewhere like Millenium park possibly, its a very, populated place, so why not? The only material i currently have available are wood and plastic. I'm hoping to bring just people so they can sit, socialize reflect etc.

I'm glad you thought about the location of your contain house and also the safety of the neighborhood and the places that are in the neighborhood because I probably wouldn't have thought about all of this to be honest. What schools are in the area though?

I am building a container house for a family of 5 , yea it might sounds kind of weird but it has it's advantages like it can survive harsh weather conditions because of the material its constructed with and how it's constructed, they can also be stacked on top of each other for higher floors, and they can withstand heavy weight. There are more advantages, well im not sure if it can be considered an advantage but it can easily be transported, since its already shipping size by ship, truck or rail with the right machines so moving areas wouldn't be that much of a problem; Also it is more afforable to build, it can be made from less expensive materials for the same support as a house, and to aqquire one is quite easy since they are found mostly all over the world.
