Our locker will be large so that students have room to fit all of their materials. There will be a shelf at the top to store textbooks and other necessities. Underneath the shelf will be the mini refrigerator and the microwave. This will allow students to bring foods from home that need to be kept cool or need to be warmed up. Underneath the refrigerator and microwave will be three hooks to hang coats. On the bottom of the locker there will be a slot to store a pair of shoes so that they are protected from liquids and other things falling on them. An example of this would be when it is raining outside and your coat is soaked and you need to store an extra pair of shoes in the locker. On the bottom right corner near the door, there will be a cylindrical storage unit for pencils, pens, and other school materials. The door on the locker will open to the right and it will have ventilation spaces at the top of the door to keep the locker from storing unpleasant smells. A keypad will be used to enter a password to open the locker.

You have included some great detailed information with evidence that you are following the steps in the design process. I suggest that you go back and use a paragraph format. The information is great, and I know that you are answering the questions, but I think it is more valuable to use a paragraph format that clearly communicates the process and the results in a more readable format. The overview is good. Try using the same method for the other phases and add some images. If I am a person who doesn't really know about the design process or the steps, I may not understand parts of your project.
The steps in the design process are there to help guide you through an effective and organized way of approaching and completing the process. It's up to you to effectively communicate those ideas to the audience. Let this website be a vehicle for not only documenting the steps but use this to "sell" your design.
