The Pocket Park
Summary
To start researching, I looked up some statistics of the area with the zip code 89106. I used different real estate and county websites. I discovered that quite a large percentage of people living in the neighborhood are school kids, so it would definitely be suitable to have some playground equipment. In addition, I found pictures of the site on Google Maps, and I discovered that the site is barren, lifeless, and mundane.
