I really appreciate your work with layers in your park! It sounds like the oasis you were going for! Great job.

Great examples of precedents, thorough demographics study, clear site conditions, and thoughtful solutions. It seems like you paid attention to all the steps in the design process. Nicely done!

The park is supposed to be a public park. In regards to the privacy idea, what I meant was that I designed the park in a way that there was privacy within the park. I tried to designate seating areas, such as the ones currently on this image, so that there are both remote spaces and collective spaces. To fit the "hidden desert oasis" theme, I decided to engulf the site with live walls. Conjointly, I decided to add an additional entrance on my Final Design besides the ones within this model.
I want to thank you for taking your time and giving me feedback for my design. I carefully read all your comments and I have been very delighted! Your assessment is very much appreciated!

This is a really strong design. I appreciate how you've integrated your research on the site, users, climate, landscape and precedent examples into your final design. It certainly seems like it would create an oasis in the city.

Thank you for including people in your renderings! This is the first Discover Design project that has, and it is so helpful to get a sense of scale and imagine how the park would be used.

I'd be curious to hear more about the privacy idea. Is this a private park or is anyone welcome to enter? By having walls all the way around, there are fewer chances for people to see the beauty of the park from the outside, and therefore know that they should look for the entrance.

I really appreciate that you found architectural forms and ideas as inspiration as well as considering plant materials.

What a great way to start the design process - by understanding more about the people who will be using it.
