The most important aspect of a park, in my opinion, is its value to the surrounding community. To understand what the purpose of my park should be, I collected info regarding the surrounding demographics and location of the park. I found that majority of its surroundings were law offices and businesses. In turn, the main target channel of my park is geared towards those that fit the appropriate category.
