Summary

My final design was a culmination of all previous work done. The square footage ended up being just over 14,300 square feet, just under the requirement. The final design consists of an outdoor café, chess tables, a playground, shuffleboard, a relaxing fountain area, a small open field, an innovative and original skywalk design (elevated walkway with transparent floor), and plenty of features that capitalize on nature.
