Summary

The seventh floor cafeteria in Brooklyn Technical High School is around 1750 sq. ft. In order to create an efficient dining area, I must first collect information on the number of students in each lunch period, the number of seats in ther caefteria, and areas where the traffic flow is heaviest. I was able to obtain the cafeteria floor plan through my Architecture teacher. Through the school information, I was able to gather that Tech's student body numbers nearly 5600. As the school operates 5 lunch sessions daily, approximately 1200 students enter the cafeteria each session of operation.
