Overall, very well done! You clearly understood your brief and provided good documentation for each stage along the design process. I am glad to see you provided detailed explanations along the way to show why design choices were made, it helps understand your journey. This rendering above is extremely well done and I like everything about it, even the furniture choice with some color thrown in. I like that you provided the librarian with the ability to view all spaces.

A couple of comments, though. I think some spaces need a little more analysis, for example the lounge area is open to the main space and is not sound proofed. Not that the lounge area will be super noisy bit it lends itself to becoming a potential space where talking will occur. Perhaps anticipate this and build some type of sound barrier there that does this but does not completely separate it from the main space. Also, that space needs to be jazzed up a bit (excuse, my old phrase), as it does not scream student space to me. Think about how to use color to differentiate space. Also the cyber cafe for the faculty. I think it is nice to have some light into the room, but I'm sure the faculty would like a little privacy as well. Maybe using glass block to bring light in would help and it would also provide some separation from the students. Lastly, one final comment on the courtyard, I'm glad to see that you utilized the space, but I would have liked to see you use some architectural technique or approach to pull the two spaces together so that a student knows that this is an extension of the library to be used.
