In the historical write up that I took notes on in the "Collect Info" section, I read that the original plan for Seward Park was to have a track surrounding a playground, so I tried to tie back an old fashioned plan of a pocket park into a more modern design. This sketch includes a picnic area, a small circular garden, chess tables, a small stage for summer concerts and performances, a running track, a playground, and open field space.
