This is a sketch of my possible areas. My chosen location was larger than the maximum lot size, so I had the opportunity to create my own area. In designing these, I kept two things in mind. 1) With the water surrounding the land, the park has to be wide enough for the park visitors to feel safe. 2) Since the park will be right across New York City, it should occupy a space that will highlight the view of the skyline.
