Adaptive Reuse
Architects often find creative ways to reuse old structures that are no longer in use. Check out how old rail lines were adapted to create New York's High Line and Chicago's 606.

This is a truly amazing and unique model you've designed. I don't completely understand each section of the site, so maybe some better descriptions could help look deeper into your design. Also, some more shading around the center region could be helpful. Is the blue region a sort of water attraction or water play area? If so, that's a really cool concept along with the rest of the play regions. I'm guessing the demographics represent a region filled with families, so that kind of accomplished that goal. Maybe add some more shading devices like a pavilion, but overall a really cool model of your site.

I am really impressed that you made a physical model of your site! Is this work to scale? The benches seem really big.
