As I mentioned, Las Vegas is going through a drought. One of the main sources of water, Lake Mead, is also suffering because of this drought. Having a good water smart park relies mostly upon what kinds of plants exist there. The right plants can help conserve water, while the wrong plants could damage the water conservation movement.
