This is the final representation of my site plan for my pocket park. In addition to the additions implemented during the "Develop Solutions" phase, I added a large, open dog region to create appeal towards pet-owning families.
You can even include links to a YouTube or Vimeo of a digital walk-through like this one: https://youtu.be/ncaVQ2V6XXU
Adaptive Reuse
Architects often find creative ways to reuse old structures that are no longer in use. Check out how old rail lines were adapted to create New York's High Line and Chicago's 606.

With that wide open space of grass in your park, I think you could find a more efficient usage of space, and as I stated in another comment, more walkways should be added to ease traffic on the grass in order to decrease maintenance. Speaking of maintenance, this park is in a desert climate, and a substitute that would use less water would also lower the amount of maintenance needed to keep Regular Park looking pristine. I really like the addition of a dog park though, as this area is primarily residential, so literally the "whole family" (no pets left behind) could go and visit your park.
