Your idea of adding usable space above the bathrooms is a great use of space.
I also like this use of space. What material is the ground up here (yellow?) and why did you make that decision? This space could really benefit from some shade and perhaps some consideration for safety - make sure no one can hop off the end! Its got to be at least 8-10' high to allow for the restrooms below.
