My Pocket Park
09/25/15
This is a picture of a open lot in he Roseland area in Chicago Illinois. It is on the corner of 103rd and Indiana. This is where i would most likely build my Pocket Park. I chose this spot because there are restaurants and other convenient stores around the area. There are also many ways to get to this part of the area because of the bus routes and its not very far from the people who live in the area. As you can see it is a big lot but the red box is the area that i would be using since i can only use 50x125 ft

Bicycle Cities
Biking is a popular -& green!- way to travel. Yet if there is nowhere to lock up your bike, people may be discouraged to use their bike to get around. Did you know that you can Request a new bike rack in your area? Cities all over the U.S. have multiple types of bike racks they can install and all you have to do is submit a request.
