Pros: This neighborhood is easy to get to because of all the public transportation around. There are also a lot of residents in the area of the lot so parents and children wont have to travel for to get from point A to point B. There are restaurants and other convenient stores in the area so if you want to grab a bite to eat all you would have to do is cross the street. Cons: Over the past years Roseland has got the impression of a rough and violent area. The crime rate has increased opposed to how it used to be back in the days. We are working to make this area a better place and we are looking at this pocket park for help to do so.
