This is a rough example to what my site will look like. It's going to account for Las Vegas's flooding problems during monsoon season. Basically, the main area of where people will be commuting is going to be elevated and the remaining landscape will be at a lower elevation. Using this technique the park will still have value and function even after a massive shower because the water will flow off of the site and leave the busy space open for usage.
