Also very important to a new and sustainable cafe the utensils that are used and how things are thrown out. In our cafe we recylce bottles and cans and everything else like the plastic forks and paper plates are thrown in the garbage. The bad thing is that the plactic utensils they dont break down when thrown out. The food and fruit scrapes can also be used for compost but instead we just waste it and bring it all to the dump.
