This displays the type of clients living around the area and it provides additional information of how to meet those client's needs. Demographics could show information that cannot be seen with the naked eyes. In this analysis I discovered I need to fulfill the needs for single families living in apartments. This shows a lot of the people living in the area live in compacted space.
