I like how you have the fountain in the center to draw in the community into the center of the park.
The park looks nice, but it could use a better sense of scale. By adding people, and the people don't even have to be realistic they could just be dark cutouts, it helps viewers understand the scale of the park a bit better. Park looks good on it's own though!
I like the fountain as the focal point of this design and the tree usage, but overall it lacks shading and details. There's plenty of empty space to incorporate other things such as shade structures or things for children's usage. Over all its a good simple design.
Attractive overall design - a definite improvement! But what activities will be possible in this park? Can people eat lunch here, or sit and talk?
The design brief also called for sustainability features, which I don't see here - other than more grass. Imagine what this courtyard park could do to mitigate runoff rainwater from the enormous roof of the school building - could you incorporate a bioswale? Could the fountain run on recycled rainwater? If you do further work, I would consider investigating ways to incorporate these sustainability features.
