In this picture you can see what I feel would be one of the main attractions in pocket park, I created a under ground fire pit where people in the neighborhood can sit around and relax and get to know each other, I made it round so that people can sit and actually face each other and get to know each other. I decided to make the pit some how lower than the ground level to make it more appealing but also for safety reasons so that if for any reason the residents can not run anywhere they can hid in the fire pit and since the levels will be lowered they will be protected.
