After deciding I wanted to place my orphanage in Ukraine, I had to figure out where specifically I could build my orphanage. It had to be somewhere where it wouldn't be too much of an inconvenience. I decided the capital, Kiev, and I chose a location by a park. This could bother citizens, as it is a well used park, however I would build it where the yellow circle is, and it would right on the edge of the park so it wouldn't be too horrible.
