The open area outside of the Cafeteria's windows would be a good location to add some outdoor seating. This allows for alternative seating to those indoors and adds more seats overall.

This is a very interesting possibility (although not completely realistic given weather). I like the perspective sketch although it could be more accurate. 2-point perspective is difficult and requires a lot of practice but the results are very effective in communicating an idea clearly.
