The yard will be mostly fenced in aside from the front for the children and dogs to play in, a lean-to will be added in the backyard for bikes and lawn care equipment (lawnmowers, weed-hackers, etc.), a gate will be put on the fence near the front of the property, gardens will be put in around the yard for curb appeal and any household members with a green thumb, a young tree will be planted in the center of the portion of the yard that isn't fenced in.
