The art work will be painted on the ceiling *removable ceiling* and replacing the old lights with pot lights, so the art on the ceiling will still be noticeable. Of course, the ventilation would be around the art work

I absolutely love this idea and think it's really cool, but I think you should consider how this will be energy-efficient since it will most likely use up a lot of electricity, especially if it remains on for the duration of several periods.

This is a great idea, but won't the screens generate a lot of heat in the classroom? You should consider using screens that are energy efficient so that the heat doesn't become a problem. Also, you shoud consider having some virtual screens on the walls (wider than a smartboard) for people who get uncomfortable look up at the ceiling for the whole period.

Virtual screens would be a hassle to set up. Not only that, they'd be expensive to operate and may require extra work just to set these up (if some teachers have trouble with smart boards, teachers would have trouble with this). Also, these may serve as a distraction to students rather than an added benefit. At least it looks cool!

I am unsure about what you are trying to display. Is this just painted on or is it electrical? I love the idea, it would give the room a science-y vibe. I have a concern about the lighting and ventilation placement on the ceiling. Will they be moved to surround the art? because then the center of the room will be very dark and receive less light. If the artwork is electrical this will waste more money and be less energy efficient.
