Soundproof Insulation / Acoustical Panelling.
One of the major problems Ms. L., the drama students, and we noticed was the damaged cork soundproofing. We decided to circumvent the possibility of damaging the major source of soundproofing by putting it within the wall, which, by the way, were painted using sound-reducing paint as well. This insulation replaces the standard batt insulation and is fire-retardant, and moisture replant as well.
This is an additional form of sound control that improves the acoustical quality of sound within the room. In addition to having the insulation within the walls, these panels will help subsidize the effects of echo and improve the resonance of sound waves. We placed it around the stage so that sound produced in this area is projected outward to the rest of the room, making for a more enjoyable viewing experience for dramatic presentations.

I extremely like the idea of having acoustical paneling around the stage because, some people who are shy or natural quit can project their voices easily so that everyone in the room can here
