I would change the arrangement of the tables in the cafeteria for more space and comfortable place to eat and relax. Also move the student counsel table out of the cafe and move it too the annex for more space. With that space the sandwich line can be put their so that there is no build up at the snack line. Add one more cash register for the sandwich line so that students can get their food much quicker to sit down and eat.

Is this the existing arrangement or the new one? If it's new, it looks like you have 20 tables in the same space that nine used to be! That would create a lot more seats, but be careful not to cram 'em in too tightly.

If you showed the walls instead of just the tables, I'd have a better sense of how they fit.
