Riana de Villa, our Director of Interior Building Design, found inspiration in the Crocker Galleria located in San Francisco, California. She thought it was innovative how the architects of this building found a way to incorporate copious amounts of light in a natural and eco-friendly way.

This is a great idea! Although after spending 5 years in a similar building like this at architecture school it has some disadvantages like too much solar heat gain. Make sure you do a lot of research particularly on passive and sustainable design.

Thank you! I looked into the concept of passive solar designs in depth for windows and our group has implemented these into our building. Thank you for the suggestion! It really helped!
