A new outline for our building design, as we found out our previous design was not sufficient.

Interesting concepts. Post some more images and try to describe what we are looking at - best if you can have the drawings tell the story for you, rather than having to write the ideas in words.

Really interesting so far - forms, colors and materials. Keep up the good work.

Tracee Brooks, EIS--We will try to make the pictures clearer, and speak for themselves. Thank you!

Are both buildings new? What is the function of the tube? Does the configeration of the layout inside of the doamed building change or are all sport fields always up and running?

Tracee Brooks, EIS--Yes, both buildings are completely new. The "tube" is a circular hallway connecting the two buildings, for easier access. The domed building will only house the baseball and softball fields, and yes, they will always be up and running. If you have anymore questions, feel fre to ask! We appreciate the feedback and would love to clear up any confusion.

Your design looks like it includes a lot of interesting concepts. Love the idea of the connecting tube.

I like your design. Will there be anything in the open area between the two buildings?

Tracee Brooks, EIS-- We have now decided to add either a mural or statue of our school mascot, as suggested by another student.

I really like the way you included the glass tube. I think that is very creative. It would be great if you guys add some landscaping outside of the sports pavilion!

Tracee Brooks, EIS-- Thank you! We are trying to include outside landscaping, but the additional parking we have to add is making it more difficult to add landscaping. We will continue to try to move things around and try to get some more landscaping!

I'm not expert on football, but wont the ceiling interfere with the football game? I'm not sure what your dimensions are, but by looking at the sketchup I feel like it's too low.

Tracee Brooks, EIS-- Our ceiling is actually 150 feet high on the football stadium, which is a bit higher than that of a regular indoor football stadium.

i am a fan of the connecting tube as i could imagine it is pleasing to the eye. I also would like to add that i think it is very innovative to include an indoor football arena. Problems such as weather and temperature are easily fixed. Nice job!

Tracee Brooks, EIS-- Thank you!!

I can't wait to see the final product. Your concept looks very interesting!
In terms of the full glass ceiling, what type of glass/material is it? For example, on really sunny days won't it get really hot inside?

This layout pf the sports pavillion is incredibly interesting. Some considerations as to the garden on top of the building:there will not be enough depth or soil to grow big plants like trees so .perhaps eliminating that or locating it below on the outside of the glass connecting tube would work out better.
