This is another example of how cramped and crowded the library is. The tables in the picture are placed really close to each other and when a lot of students are present the room becomes even more crowded.

Typically, these types of tables and chairs are intended to help facilitate multi use spaces - they can easily be moved and configured for different uses. However, at Mira Loma there seems to be a few issues. Round tables are more difficult to configure into a different shape, and there isn't enough storage space to completely move them out of the way. Instead they just block up all of the space.

Consider this as you approach furniture layouts and selections. Perhaps you can design furniture that can do many things in many shapes, forms and appearance?
