The city of Reno has water features and large plants inside the building. Maybe worth a look.
I looked at your sketches and would find it helpful to see more detail about the shape of the building and the relationship with existing structures.

We actually are planning on moving the library to the basketball courts outside, sort of by the tennis courts. So the building will not really interfere with existing structures. We will try to upload a 3d image of the outside design of the building. Also we will post an aerial view of the location.

Where will this water fall be located in your design?
Originally, we looked to have the waterfall come from the second floor and into a pond area in the center of the first floor. However, we have changed somethings around and look to have a see through pond in the upstairs, where you can see the bottom of it on the first floor.
