TG Library Design
The front part of the library would have tinted windows in red and blue to help keep the rooms cool and heated and use less energy. the windows will also be in the form of ML for Mira Loma. A mural would be on the left side and on the right a big window that will let fresh air inside and sunlight.

I think your idea is great. I love the fact that your incorporating a mural. I would recommend submitting some photos of your google sketchup progress. Also, How are ou going to make your mural show up on sketchup?
how would tinted windows absorb light for the room, think about natural lighting. also is there a specific type of glass that you are looking to use?
We think it's a great idea making the widows school related, and making it creative and unique. We would suggest making your sketch more detailed and understandable. What are those things in the bottom below the murals? Don't you guys think the door is too small?
We love the idea of having the ML tinted glass because we think it shows a lot of school spirit. And to put student art up is a good idea because it encourages the student and shows that there work is worth something. You could use Eco friendly glass. Is this all the glass in the building??
there are some really creative ideas here - keep working through them. be sure to test some of your ideas - maybe make the mural larger, or change the shape/scale of the windows. play with the composition of the elevation.
