I love this idea! Its vert smart. The lights will give the teacher more light but also contribute to when they are presenting and working. You should mention which kind of lights will be used and if the light dimmers apply to all the light, such as potlights, stage lights etc.

I think that updating the pannel is not that important, after all it is a drama room. Ms. Lima does not teach the sudents about the electrical work a different teacher does. It would be just a waste of unnecessary money.

i really like the colors that were used but i feel like it is still dull. i think there should be color on the wall and more art or designs.

I really like the idea of the projection, it can make the actors get comfortable acting in a scene, and that is a very good idea of how to protect the posters. How would you be able to bring the projection down by a switch or by pulling at down? Also it can easily be ruined so how long would the life span be before replacing it?

To add on to my previous comment, I feel that the rubber tiles are much more comfortable and softer for sitting.The foam tiles look very hard and stiff, but that could be just how it looks in the picture.

To be honest, I liked the rubber idea better. I understand where you're coming from with the unpleasant odor but the foam is not durable at all. From personal experience, I know that these foam mats get scratched and torn very easily. This will be a pain because after a little while they will look old and worn out, even though they're fairly new.

The lighting option does not provide any necessary advantages over the ones already existing in the drama room. If you need to change the permanent fixture of the spotlights, change the railing instead or find a more versatile spotlight.

Note that you may need to replace the old function of the lights into a more functional design. Also that light too close to the artwork may severely dull it over time.

Note that the teacher's desk may obstruct the view of the smartboard which might make it hard for the students to see.

This is a great idea, but you guys should also consider mentioning what lighting equipment you plan to use, whether it's something strong like stage lights, weak such as pot lights, or the classical lights we use in average classrooms.
