I appreciate you taking the time to clarify details about your park! This would have been a great spot for an image/sketch/drawing.

This is a great image. Did you draw or sketch more than this? I'm just curious about what may have not made the website.

This is a great image and shows how you can bring in color in unexpected ways!

Right off the bat I want to say how I appreciate how much writing you have done for this competition. I really went through all the steps knowing exactly what you were thinking and what your intended goals were. The section about the colors was a nice surprise and I really liked the images of the parks and pathways you found elsewhere.

I would have really loved to see you sketch more during your develop solution and during your final steps, really figuring out if the park was for everyone like you said it was. A pocket park is only so big, so you have to ask yourself what are the specific goals of the park as it really can't be the ideal park for everyone due to size.

Great work! I really enjoyed looking at your final renderings.

It's a good thing to look into color and know what the final design is going to look like. It helps set a visual goal to your project.

I love the intricate path that you had designed in the park and thought that variations of color throughout the park was refreshing. I especially like how you incorporated the trees with your bench areas. The only problem i would think would be the future overgrowth of the trees near the playground otherwise, overall good job with the display.

I really like what you have done creating different sections in the park, and having several different pathways in the park allowing people to have different spaces to walk.

I really like the idea of having multiple playgrounds, but does it really apply to the demographics of your site? Also, most of the pathways were well thought out, but some of them lead straight into a side full of buildings. Although already mentioned, some more means of sitting and shading would be ideal to the design of the park, but overall very nice park.

Great overall design! I really like the pathways. It give the park a more modern look that will go great with the are that it is nearby, the art district. I think that it will also benefit the community that surrounds the park. Great Job!

In the description, you mention the park has a multitude of colors to go with the plants, but I don't see that many colors. Maybe next time adding a wider span of colors to the plan would make it look more alive, especially in all of the walkways to decrease the amount of gray you see. The park looks really nice, and does achieve that modern style however!
