Redesign Your School Athletic Pavilion | 2014 National High School Architecture Competition #166
Summary
When I started developing solutions, I decided to take all of the most important factors that are both needed and wanted by the students and staff, as well as some other ideas that i would like to see in an athletic pavilion. I started combining all the ideas that I officially wanted in my design and tried to figure out the best way to lay it all out and have it be the most functional. My first goal was to create a new gym floor plan that included a gym space, classrooms, larger locker rooms, a larger storage area, and a mechanical room. I basically came up with a look that i wanted for the outside and worked off of that. For the outdoor space, I kept it simple and rotated the ball courts so that they ran along the back of the current site, which also created a more usable field area. next to the gym, I wanted to include an amphitheater so i figured out exactly how much space Ii had to work with and went from there. One of my last steps was to start modeling my designs using the Revit program. I did also sketch a couple of my ideas and color them.

What should I upload in this Develop Solutions step?
Consider uploading images (JPG, GIF) of your rough digital model. It's ok if your model is still a work in progress. Show an axonometric or perspective view with people, which will help others understand the scale of your library.
